This time last year, our plane has already landed at taipei international airport,,,, me together with cathy and chrisseth and 2 other fangirls are on our way to terminal 2,,,, where we will be witing for arashi's arrivel after 2.5hrs wahh!! its been a year already!!!

been a long time since i last posted please dont remove me from ur flist :d

today's a stormy day in manila... i didnt go out for the whole day... roads are flooded due to nonstop rain since last night... flood is up to people's knees, waist... and others are already on their houses' roofs!!! this is the worst storm ive experienced as far as i can remember,,, im praying everyone will be home safe tonight...

kids nowadays couldnt imagine how life was in the 80s... there were no mobile fones, not even pagers/beepers that time, computers werent a necessity there wasnt even internet then... life was simpler back then...

i remember receiving a walkman from my parents back in gradeschool as a prize for having good grades. Back then, stuff like walkman, game and watch, atari, and betamax  were a big hit.

you were kinda "in" in highschool if you play the family computer, you have upgraded your betamax to a vhs, or a laser disc player, and you can carry more songs with you with the disc man, and your tv comes with a remote control..

so why am i posting about this? its because i chanced upon some article... it talks about how they had a teen test a walkman on its 30th anniversary...

i wonder how my young siblings, nephews and nieces would react if they had to try out stuff which were really popular back then hahahaha.. id love to give it a try ..

yesterday cathy becky and i watched 17 again @ trinoma... twas cathy's 1st time at that mall har3 and i must say zac efron is really hawt hawt hawt!!! i didnt really notice him much in high school musical... but i sooooo love him in hairspray!!!!! love thos iceps... v-line... eeeepppp i just chekd him on wikipedia!!!!! he's ___ years younger than me waaaaahhh im being attracted to much younger boys as the days go by..... yabai!!!

> another bag which contains my 2 mobile fones, zen player, camera (yes i always bring my camera lols), sanitary napkin

> face powder, brush (for applying powder), liquid foundation, eyeliner, hair doctor, shaver (the one used for eyebrows,,,)

> headset (the earfones which came with the zen isnt working anymore, i dont wanna buy another one,,, so im using a headset), travel pack tissue, wet wipes, body butter, a small sewing kit

> wallet, 2 medicine bottles (im afraid i might lose it if i put only what i need for a day in a small container), toothbrush, a small notebook with a pen

so there,,,, thats whats inside my luggage i mean my shoulder bag lols... so many ne? it weighs around 3-4kgs :d

!#$%^&*!!!!! it takes 5 hours to charge my zen thru the pc... so i charged it as soon as i got here about 3 hours ago.... just now i checked it and theres no light in it.... thats when i realised the cable wasnt connected to the pc!!!!! argh so baka~

Where to go this summer?

when i was a kid,,, people would usually have just one answer for this.. baguio... its located at the benguet province up north of manila.. from manila, it would take 5-hour drive to get here... but as i grew up ... there were more undisciplined people who causes traffic lols and itll take between 6-7 hour travel.. baguio is cold,,, and there are different activities you could do... horseback riding at wright park, ride the bicycle or have a boat ride at burnham park, pick strawberries, visit the crystal cave (it closed already and i didnt even get the chance to see it even once!), family bonding at the fir place... but after the infamous great earthquake that hit luzon island back in 1990,,, it took some time for baguio to be restored... and so people looked for other places to go for the summer...

there's boracay, palawan, bohol >> all are famous for its whitesand beaches... ive been to ll but i like bohol the best...

boracay used to appeal to me,,, before it became commercialised.. the lasttime i went there... nitelife is good... u could see girls in their bikini tops drinking, dancing in bars...,,, sooo many boats that u seldom get a chance to see a good view of the beach,,,, ul be approached a couple of times by people offering  a tour of the island via boat... most of the boats and trees have  the banner of smart and globe (two of the largest telecommunications company)...

palawan... is also nice... its quiet... but its a bit expensive...

bohol.. i prefer the sands of bohol comapred to the other 2.. plus nitelife is also okei... and may be commercialised,,, but not too much compared to boracay... plus u get a chance to tour the island and see chocolate hills and the tarsier,,, u could also go on a sidetrip to cebu which is just an hour's boat ride from bohol...

2 years ago... (or was it 3 years ago?), anvaya cove in bataan opened... beach, pool, accommodation... itsa nice place to go to during summer,,, or even after.... but anvaya cove is not open to public... u hafta be a member to be able to use its facilities,,, plus, bataan is kinda far... people who go to anvaya cove usually come from subic,,, from subic, its about an hour drive ...

today i discovered yet another place for that perfect weekend getaway... the acuatico resort in laiya, batangas... the place is nice and rates is reasonable... i wanna try this out :) cathy? alma? onje??? :d:d:d

of course there are other beach resorts in laiya/san juan that are worth checking out :)

gosh itll be a month tomorrow since my last entry.. :)

so what have i been up to lately..?

> well everyday i still check the dollar exchange rate and its driving me nuts how its going up and down arghhhh!!!! im really affected with the depreciation of the peso because that means i would hafta pay more for arashi stuff :(

> in just a week's time ive heard of news of people dying in unimaginable ways... this includes the atenean student.. and the teenager gangraped :( whats happening to the world? this is one of the reasons why i dont really read the papers or watch the news.. mostly its composed of bad news... and its really depressing.. i know its part of life.. but...

> somebody lied to me.. and not just a small one... its one big lie!!! i wont really elaborate on this... but i really hate it,,, cuz i believe ive been honest most of the time... so i hate it when people lie to me... and the worst part is,,, that person wouldnt admit it even if we know about it already... we have proof enuf to make us win in any court :)

> remember in my last post that i cleaned up my workplace? now its starting to look again like 10kids were fighting over papers and pens in it.. har3

> im back to exercising again :) tho not regularly... but ive started :) im doing core rhythms :) inspired with the guest in himitsu no arashi who was able to lose a few inches off her waist in just 2 months because of that exercise :) i used to do some latin dances... but looks like core rhythm is more effective since its concentrated n my problem area... plus its shorter :) and the video im following is japanese dubbed lol

>  since last saturday nite, ive been bonding with my 8yr old brother... it all started when he saw me any my 11yr old niece playing memory with cards,, he got curious he quit playing with the other kids and joined our game :) we played it again come sunday... and when i go home from work he waits for me so we could play games on ps2... im really happy about this cuz kids nowadays are really different compared to MY time... and with my brother... usually we dont agree on most things... and im happy we now have something to strengthen our relationship

> last vday,,, cathy and i were able to meet kat and her sis for the first time this year!!!! gosh :) and after that we went to alma's place to flail with lui and maan.. and that nite... before i went home... i met up with my x... the person who'll always have a place in my heart... weee

> last nite i heard on local radio bi's english song being played... gosh i dont even know the song but i know bi's voice :) so this morning when it was played again i called cathy... she said its from the 3rd album... omg! im pretty sure i have a copy of the 3rd album... but im not really into his music since i prefer him more as an actor... sooo im not familiar with his songs :) and now while im typing ... the song is being played again lol
